[/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column] [vc_column_text]Born on 15 June, 1969,  Puan Sanisah Abdul Sani was a Sek Men Puteri Wilayah, Kuala Lumpur student from 1982-1988.  Puan Sanisah completed her education (Advanced Diploma in Law) in Mara Institute of Technology, Shah Alam and called to the Bar in 1995.  

Puan Sanisah had previously chambered under Encik Khairul Azman bin Kamaluddin with Messrs Sabri Ahmad & Khairul Azman during which she had the advantage of handling various conveyancing, litigation and corporate matters and individual clients.    

On August, 1996, Pn Sanisah was appointed as a Legal Assistance in Messrs Khairul Azman Noorzilan Nooron & Partners and  on 1st October 1998 was appointed as a Partner in Messrs Khairul Azman, Noorzilan Nooron & Partners until 30th March, 2003.

She had been the Head of Corporate and Conveyancing Department in Messrs Khairul Azman Noorzilan Nooron & Partners for about 6 (six) years in which she had the advantage of handling various conveyancing, contract financing and corporate matters for various corporations, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Bank Muamalat, RHB Bank, Affin Bank and Bank Simpanan Nasional and also individual clients including developers project such as Sri Damansara Sdn Bhd, Worldwide Holdings Sdn Bhd and Shah Alam Properties, Island & Peninsular Berhad and etc.   

She later joined Messrs Abd Gani Che Man & Co from April 2003 until September 2003 as a legal assistant.

In October 2007 she joint Messrs Kamaluddin Zainoorin & Co and was given the responsibility to head of the Conveyancing Department especially in matter relating to Sale & Purchase Agreement for Developers, as well as for corporate and individual as well as handling matters relating to corporate and housing loan facilities for Banks and Financial Institution.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
