2. FIMA INSTANCO FOOD PACKING INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. & FIMA MR. JUICY SDN. BHD.
Both of the Companies involves in supplying, drinking and packing materials to their esteemed client.

• Scope of Services
  We have been appointed by both of the companies in rendering services for collecting debts owed to them by way of litigation process.

3. RAS ENGINEERING SERVICES GROUP OF COMPANIES
This Company provides consultancy services in the field of civil & structural engineering which includes of earthworks, roads & drains, highways, bridges, port & harbor, hydrological, Geotechnical, EIA study, sewerage, water supply, buildings and railways. In addition the Company also involves in Mechanical & Electrical works, Projects Management, Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Food Technology and Environmental design and etc.

• Scope of Services
  We have been appointed as their advisor to provide all the legal opinions pertaining to the Company’s projects including the corporate matters, conveyancing, and litigation works. We are also acting as their solicitor in matters, which involves the acquisition and disposal of assets by the Company.

4. OGY’S PRODUCTION SDN BHD.
The main business of this company is entertainment industries i.e.- producing films and drama making, music, promotions, advertisement, sound & recording, broadcast and etc.

• Scope of Services
  We have been appointed as the Company Solicitors in protecting their legal rights, providing advice in respect of Intellectual of Intellectual Properties matters, and also in preparing and vetting various Drama & Film Publishing Agreement, Artists/ Talents Agreements and etc. We are also have been appointed to represent the client in meetings with television companies and etc.

5. WAJA DESTINASI SDN. BHD.
The prime objectives of the Company are to provide services in regards to telecommunication services ie.- installing optical fiber cable, civil infrastructure works and other related works.

6. EF HEDGE DESIGN
This is a graphic design company rendering services with regards to company logo, corporate identity, label/ packaging design, multimedia, web page design, CD ROM Interactive, flyers brochures and etc.

• Scope of Services
  We have been appointed as the solicitors in providing advice in regards to contract agreement, Intellectual Properties and Copyright matters and etc.

7. LANGKAWII CRYSTAL SDN. BHD & UKIRKHACA SDN. BHD.
Both of these companies involve in producing of crystal and glass products for the local and international market. Langkawii Crystal is the first blowing centre in South East Asia.

• Scope of Services
  We have been appointed by our clients to protect their interest, in liaison with various government department and advising the client in regards to the corporate and legal matters.
